RankOrbits provides Search Engine Optimization (SEO), link building, content optimization, and related digital marketing services. The specific scope of services will be outlined in the individual agreement or proposal provided to each client.

3. No Guarantees of Specific Results

While we employ industry-standard, ethical (white-hat) SEO practices to improve your search engine rankings and organic traffic, we do not guarantee specific placement, rankings, or immediate results. Search engine algorithms are dynamic and controlled entirely by third parties (e.g., Google).

4. Client Responsibilities

To effectively perform our services, clients agree to:

• Provide necessary access to website CMS, hosting, analytics, and other required platforms.
• Provide timely feedback and approvals on strategies and content.
• Ensure that any content provided does not infringe on third-party copyrights or trademarks.

5. Payment and Billing

Our services are generally billed on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise specified in your agreement. Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice. We reserve the right to suspend services if payments are not made in a timely manner.

6. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their month-to-month services at any time by providing a 30-day written notice. Any work completed up to the date of cancellation will be billed accordingly.

7. Limitation of Liability

RankOrbits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RankOrbits operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
